Return & Exchange Policy:
• You may request a return or exchange within 21 days from the date of receipt, provided that:
- The product is in its original factory packaging.
- The product is unused and undamaged.
- All labels, fixing straps, accessories, and user manuals are included.
• If you are not satisfied with the product, you may submit a return request through:
• Your request will be processed within 24 business hours.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products showing scratches or physical damage.
- Products damaged due to the use of incorrect electrical voltage.
- If the complete original packaging is unavailable, we reserve the right to reject the request.
- Display products cannot be returned after receipt unless a manufacturing defect is found.
Upon Receiving the Product:
Please make sure that:
- The product model matches the one stated on the carton.
- The product is not damaged or opened.
- The packaging is not damaged or opened.
- No complaints regarding model differences or external damage will be accepted after signing the delivery receipt, except in cases of manufacturing defects according to the terms and conditions.
Refunds
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returning products within Riyadh city:
- SAR 100 will be charged when collecting the product from the customer.
- Free of charge if the customer delivers the product to one of our showrooms.
- Returning products from outside Riyadh after issuing the shipping waybill:
- SAR 100 for purchases valued at SAR 999 or less.
- 14% of the purchase value for orders worth SAR 1000 or more.
In Case of Hidden Damage:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- After 24 hours, we will not be responsible for compensation or replacement, especially if the product is out of stock.
